We live in a world of technology and learning to embrace it provides so many opportunities. My GPS auto steer in in my John Deere allows me to run my Real Estate Business from the cab of my tractor. This video began the blog page appropriately named TractorView as this is where I get the most time to create the blog posts on my site.
I am not a professional speaker but I do love to share a message so when Bill Madder with the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS® to present in Regina I jumped at the opportunity. I did not jump at the opportunity to present I jumped at the opportunity to meet new people in my industry and share my success and failures online. Just a short little video while I was dropping off my F150 for a service at my local Ford dealer. My sales guy knows I have a weakness for new trucks and had the new F250 waiting for me to drive back to my office. I was so shocked at the new display I had to film it. Very cool technology now I just need to find the 70k for the sticker price!
Just a short post to my farm suppliers, implement dealers, and sales people in the agricultural industry about the changing demands of the next generation of farmers. Regardless of the industry sales techniques are changing and so should your sales practices to accommodate the next generation of farmers. If you pay attention to these changes it will pay huge loyalty and sales dividends.
I know it is a challenge to keep a fully stocked parts inventory for dealers, I think it is crucial to future sales. Farmer like everyone are creatures of habit and if one deal has no parts inventory the farmer will create a habit of going to another that does. Eventually this habit will lead them through the door to buy a new piece of equipment.
